1. The above specifications are for an envisioned lifespan of approximately 108, and tolerance values are for isolated use. In the event of compound
misalignment, torque margines must be increased based on the number of elements and the degree of misalignment.
2. Torque tolerance values are for an envisioned rotation speed of 3000rpm and eccentricities and declinations of 1/3 of their respective tolerances.
Inoptimal operating conditions rotation speeds of up to 6000rpm can be used.
3. In usage environments in which eccentricity, torque, or rotation speed exceed 50% of their respective tolerances, regularly apply grease to prevent
seizure and abnormal abrasion.
4. This coupling is a high-precision, high-rigidity coupling, so the parallelism of the shaft is especially important. If there is declination then evry 90°
there will be rotation resistance, producing rotationalvibration and noise.
5. The amount of ecentricity must also be kept at a minimum for high-speed rotation.
